The Moroccan Centre for Studies and Research in Social Sciences (CERSS) was ranked first Think Tank in North Africa and 10th in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) by the American University of Pennsylvania which has unveil its annual report "Global Go-To Think Tanks 2011".

The CERSS, a think tank headed by Professor Abdellah Saaf, aims, through studies and research, contribute to a better knowledge of Moroccan society and its regional and international environment. In this regard, he proceeds to carry out research, studies, work, consultations, assessments and advice related to the objectives of the center, the establishment of a documentary in the social sciences.
