Libya’s spokesman for the Attorney General, Taha Bara, said that Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi and Abdullah Senussi will be put on trial in a month’s time, Libya FM radio station reported.

He said that the reason for the delay in their trial was because Abdulah Al-Senussi was still being questionedpleted yet and it was felt that Senussi had information that could have relevance to the Saif trial.
The spokesman also confirmed that Libya was not obliged to hand Saif al Islam over to the International Criminal Court and that he will be put on trial in Libya. He confirmed that Saif will be put on trial in Zintan .
