The former Prime Minister and Presidential candidate Ahmed Shafiq was placed on a watch list on wednesday he is accused of for an allegedly illegal sale of state land to Mubarak's sons, Gamal and Alaa.who are in prison facing corruption charges.

He left Egypt following his presidential election defeat by Mohamed Morsi and flew to the UAE He said in an interview with ."The decision to place me on a watch list is political," said Shafiq told Sky News Arabia from Dubai. "I will return to Egypt when it is suitable for me to do so."
