Meriem Bensaleh Cheqroun President of the CGEM, boss of bosses, will lead tomorrow, Tuesday, December 4, in Washington, a large delegation of Moroccan businessmen and women for a Morocco-USA conference, to explore and share their two markets and negotiate around that incentives which the Benkirane government and the Obama administration must set in motion, in order to catalyze exchanges between the two countries, and enhance the economic partnership with their political peers and also security as part of the strategic dialogue underway between Rabat and Washington.
In this regard, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Youssef Amrani called the expected conference a precious opportunity to sell Morocco, in the U.S. capital, in search of competitiveness, given the large geo-economic advantage offered by the kingdom to industrial and financial partners around the world.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will travel in a week to Morocco to meet King Mohammed VI for talks on, Syria, Mali and Jerusalem in addition to bilateral issues.She will attend the Friends of the Syrian People meeting in Marrakech.
